At Car101, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
